Michel Richard was born around 1630. He married Madeleine Blanchard in Port-Royal, around 1656. This first marriage gave him ten children. After Madeleine’s death, Michel married Jeanne Babin, daughter of Antoine Babin and Marie Mercier. He had two children from this second marriage.
